5) Shipping & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch within 14 days of placing the order (excluding Sundays/holidays where applicable).

Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier operations and location.

6) No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction after use, dislike of fragrance/texture, delivery delay, or customer ordering the wrong item.
7) Return / Replacement (Only for Damaged/Leaked Items)
We only consider replacement/return approval if the product is received broken, leaked, spilled, or visibly damaged and the below conditions are strictly met:
7.1 Reporting Window

You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
7.2 Video Proof (Mandatory)
Due to risks of edited/AI-generated images, we accept VIDEO PROOF ONLY:

a single, continuous, uncut unboxing video
-
video must start before opening the outer package
-
it must clearly show the shipping label and the product condition.
Photos are not accepted.
7.3 Non-Eligible Cases
No replacement/return will be provided for:

change of mind / “didn’t like it”
-
minor packaging dents/label scuffs that don’t affect the product
-
products that have been used or tampered with
-
claims raised after 3 days
-
claims without the required uncut unboxing video
-
issues caused by incorrect address/phone number or customer unavailability.
7.4 Resolution
If approved, we may (at our discretion) provide:

replacement product, or
-
any other appropriate resolution without refund.
8) Promotions, Coupons & Offers

Coupon codes and offers may have specific conditions (validity, usage limits, non-combinable rules).

Misuse, tampering, or abnormal order activity may result in cancellation.
