  • Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking link/details to the email provided at checkout (and/or via other communication methods used during checkout, if applicable).

3) Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch)

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability.

  • Any delivery date shown on the Website or communicated via messages is an estimate, not a guarantee.

4) Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before you complete payment.

  • Any promotional/free shipping offers (if run) may have conditions which will be shown on the Website/checkout.

5) Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including correct pin code and contact details (email).

  • If a shipment is delayed or returned due to incorrect/incomplete address details provided by the customer, we may not be able to reship without additional charges.

6) Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Parcels

  • Courier partners typically attempt delivery multiple times based on their internal policy.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, it may be returned to origin.

  • In such cases, any reshipment (if approved) may require additional shipping charges.

8) Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • courier delays or operational disruptions,

  • weather conditions,

  • strikes, lockdowns, or natural events,

  • regulatory checks or local restrictions,

  • incorrect/incomplete address details.

9) Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Parcels During Transit

  • If a parcel appears tampered/damaged at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend that you do not accept the parcel (where possible) and contact us immediately at team@liftupayurveda.com with your order details.

  • Any claims related to damage/leakage are governed by our Return/Replacement Policy, including the mandatory uncut unboxing video requirement.
